A new frame has been custom built to provide the features you would expect in a new car with primary consideration paid to ultimate riding comfort. The frame has been carefully computer-engineered to assure optimum operational efficiency and provides a complete chassis and suspension package to take full advantage of contemporary air spring technology. The frame utilizes mandrel-bent, husky 2"x4" x .120" wall rectangular tubing that has been precision fixture-welded to assure the proper alignment of chassis and suspension components.
The frame provides a 4-bar rear suspension with incorporated air bags for a smooth ride. The geometry of the 4-bar is such that the 9" Ford rear end housing is always perpendicular to the ground ensuring the pinion angle never changes.
The frame has some extremely trick features. This includes twin air compressor tanks squeezed between the left and right runner bars and an integrated rear trailer hitch.
